What's in Store for 2026
Events: EOF hosts an Annual Budget and Tax Briefing to provide funders and philanthropic advisors with a unique opportunity to learn about and discuss why federal and state budget and tax work matters to national, state, and local philanthropy. Additional virtual programs are scheduled to address emerging topics of interest.
Law & Social Policy Legacy Award: Know an organization advancing low-wage workers’ rights through law and social policy? Nominate them for a $10,000 award! Nominations are due October 5, 2026.
Funder Learning Series: EOF is hosting monthly virtual calls between May and October 2026 for funders to share ideas, workshop pressing challenges, and identify opportunities to connect and align efforts around economic opportunity. Each session will include an EOF member to kick off the conversation.
Public Benefits Tranformation Series: Following the strong interest generated at our March Ideas Showcase —and the significant implications of HR1 for benefits access—EOF is hosting a series of activities on public benefits transformation. Read our six-month Showcase updates and register for three funder discussions!
Funder Networks: EOF supports time-limited funder working groups to support information sharing and learning as well as the coordination and alignment of investments among identified areas of interest.
We just launched our State Investments Funder Strategy Exchange — a regular, member-driven space for funders to share information about their state investments, surface emerging needs and opportunities, and strategize together about how philanthropy can best support state policy, advocacy, and grassroots efforts. Register for our first session on November 18!
Member Q&As: Learn more about how our members are addressing economic equity and opportunity, the work they are most proud of and questions they’d like to engage with funder colleagues on. Interested in participating in a member Q&A? Contact Cema Siegel at csiegel@eofnetwork.org.
