COSPONSORED WEBINAR: Securing Economic Justice for AANHPI Women+ and Families

Motherhood and caregiving are foundational to to the nation’s health and well-being as well as its economy, yet caregiving and caregivers remains structurally underfunded and deeply undervalued. Economic justice cannot be achieved without investing in the caregiving infrastructure that sustains working families. Mothers and caregivers of color face compounded systemic inequities, often trapped in low-wage work with minimal benefits. Among AANHPI women, AANHPI mothers arepaid only 77 cents for every dollar paid to white non-Hispanic fathers. And among full time, year-round workers, AANHPI mothers are paid only 79 cents for every dollar paid to AANHPI fathers.
Join us for a timely discussion on how philanthropic investments can bolster safety nets and advance policy solutions that prioritize care in our communities. We will explore high-impact opportunities for philanthropy to center AANHPI mothers and caregivers in policy design and help build a more just, inclusive, and resilient economy in the long term.
