Check-in begins at 9:00 AM. Please allow for additional time to complete the following screening procedures.
- Entrance address: 320 East 43rd Street, New York, NY 10017 (the 42nd street entrance is closed).
- There is a heated registration tent set up outside on the 43rd Street plaza.
- Large bags and suitcases are not allowed in the building. Guests will be directed to a quick bag check, and then pick up their badges to enter.
- IDs must be shown in order for access badges to be distributed.
- Any luggage or large bags will be stored in the 1st Floor Welcome Lounge luggage closet.
- All attendees must register in advance.

The dress code for this meeting is business casual.
