The State EITC Rapid Response Fund (RRF) has awarded the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center $30,000 to supports efforts to expand the state EITC to ITIN holders. This is the seventh RRF award made in 2021.
Washington State finally funded its Working Families Tax Credit, providings larger rebates to families and is inclusive of immigrants who file taxes with an ITIN. New Mexico expansions include increasing the credit and extending it to ITIN filers and people without children in the home aged 18-24.

The EITC Pooled has awarded rapid response funds to six states (GA, LA, NM, OK, OR, WA) in February 2021.
