Economic Opportunity Funders (EOF) is pleased to announce Lauren King, Program Officer for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation has joined the EOF Steering Committee.
As a program officer focused on employment equity, Lauren identifies and nurtures opportunities to effect positive systemic change within communities; executes programming efforts aligned with the organizational direction; and works closely with other staff to ensure the integration and coordination of initiatives. Throughout her career, King has brought together cross-sector partnerships to promote workforce equity and create innovative pathways to economic security and wealth building.

Economic Opportunity Funders (EOF) is pleased to announce Nisha Patel, Consultant to the Human Services team at The Kresge Foundation has joined the EOF Steering Committee.
Nisha is a national expert on social and economic mobility and philanthropy in the United States. Her independent consulting practice, Powered by Shakti, draws on her more than two decades of cross-sector experience leading and implementing initiatives to increase economic opportunities for families with low income.
EOF Steering Committee members serve three-year terms, with the possibility of renewal for a second consecutive term. Members provide oversight and guidance and offer an array of backgrounds, lived experiences, expertise, and geographic perspectives.
