The dress code for this meeting is business casual.

We ask that you help us reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 and other respiratory and infectious diseases by refraining from participating if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms, including for a cold, flu, RSV, etc.

We will continue to monitor the situation and make updates accordingly.

Personal space indicator lanyards will be available at registration for your name badges.

  • Green: no limits
  • Yellow: no hugs – handshake and fist bump ok
  • Red: no physical greeting

Dinner Program Location

The dinner program on March 18 from 6:00 pm -8:30 PM will be held in the Adagio Room, which is on the lobby level on the 4th floor, at Le Méridien Arlington, 1121 19th St N, Arlington, VA 22209.

Parking:
There is On-Site Parking. Hourly: $8 | Daily: $30.

Meeting Location

The meeting on March 19 from 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM will be held in The Observation Hub room on the 29th floor at Convene, 1201 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22209. Entrance in between Lynn Street and Moore Street.

Meeting Check-In

All participants must check in at the desk to the left side of the lobby. A Convene team member will be at the desk to distribute security passes and assist participants up to the 29th floor. Guests arriving after 9:30 AM can still report to the desk and a Convene team member will be called to escort them up.

Please be sure to check in at the registration desk just outside the elevators on the 29th floor to pick up your name badge and meeting folder.

Cancellations + Substitutions

All cancellations will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing on or before March 1, 2024. No requests for refunds will be granted after this date or for no shows.

Participants can avoid the $25 cancellation fee by transferring their registration to a colleague or peer before March 12, 2024. Requests for cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

All refunds will be issued after the event.

Prohibition on Solicitations + Fundraising

In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our members and other attendees, EOF does not allow solicitation of any kind during our events, including asking for business, soliciting fund management services, distributing grant proposals, or requesting grant funding.

Additionally, EOF members expect that participation in our events will not result in future solicitations unless the member specifically invites future contact.

Accordingly, we ask that all participants at EOF events refrain from using attendee lists or similar information for solicitation purposes without the express permission of EOF.
